WHAT IS OUR BUSINESS

Greencity Development provides a full scope General Contractor service: 

Pre-Construction: 

  • Assist developers during feasibility study 

  • Lead construction budget development 

  • Facilitate communication with the bank to obtain construction loans and administer loan draws 

  • Performing value engineering to ensure the project is designed in the most economic way, with the work being carefully sequenced to reduce costs while improving the construction schedule 

  • Obtaining and managing construction permitting. 

CONSTRUCTION

  • Building projects per-schedule and within budget is a high priority.

  • Building complex infill projects that require shoring, ingenuity, constant communication and diplomacy with all stakeholders. 

  • Managing and operating in-house excavation crews to perform land development, foundation excavation, underground utilities, and street work 

  • Greencity Development established a streamlined and transparent process to manage our projects. We apply Lean Construction principles and strive for continuous improvement. Ask us about our onsite and online tracking tools.
